Villa Elisa Dubai
Tucked within a quiet Dubai neighborhood, Villa Elisa was designed as a refined retreat — a home rooted in architectural simplicity and material warmth.
From the moment you enter, a soft arched corridor draws you inward, framing the garden beyond and setting the tone for the home’s quiet elegance. Natural light moves gently through each space, highlighting textured plaster walls, warm oak flooring, and carefully layered stone.
Throughout the villa, we focused on restraint and proportion. Sculptural furnishings were selected to complement the architecture rather than compete with it — curved lounge seating, tailored upholstery, and understated silhouettes that feel both contemporary and timeless.
In the main living space, expansive black-framed windows connect the interiors to the lush garden, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor dialogue. Neutral tones are punctuated with deep espresso finishes and Calacatta marble, bringing depth and contrast while maintaining a calm, cohesive palette.
The powder room continues this language of material expression. A monolithic marble vanity floats against smooth plaster walls, accented with brushed brass fixtures that add warmth without ornamentation.
Villa Elisa is ultimately about balance — softness and structure, minimalism and richness, light and shadow. The result is a home that feels serene yet architectural, modern yet enduring.
